2008 Champion Fundraising Sponsorship Details

Requirements - Candy Fund Raising sponsorships are available to tournaments, special events, special course projects, charity events, and course development projects. We need to receive a sponsorship request in writing (written letter, e-mail, or fax). Be specific about how you intend to use the money you raise, and be specific about how INNOVA will benefit from this sponsorship. Our Sponsorship Committee will review each request.

Total order quantities are limited and are based on the size of the event as follows:

When to Order - Please start the process very early to allow time for CFR approval, artwork submission, order processing, shipping and advance sales. Production time will vary through out the year and can run from 4-12 weeks once artwork is approved and the order is in the production queue.


TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDY FUND RAISING

• Have a unique and appealing custom design. Creating the right piece of artwork will really make your disc stand out from the crowd. Be creative or find a designer to create your vision. That extra bit of effort will pay off in better sales and more money raised. Artwork really helps to generate sales, especially with the new INNColor™ process.
• Remember everyone who buys a Candy Fund Raising disc is a sponsor. They are not merely purchasers of expensive golf discs -- this difference cannot be overemphasized. It is imperative that this sponsorship aspect be recognized at every opportunity, and if possible, in a public manner. Make sure to remind sponsors to register for the Sponsor Reward Program.
• Order early. Get the most benefit from the Candy Fundraising Program by having your discs available for purchase well ahead of your event date. This will help provide advanced promotion and can also raise money to pay for expenses incurred before the event.
