Artwork Notes for Custom Hotstamping Line Width:
Minimum line width - 0.00694", .5 points
Maximum line width - 0.25", 20 points

This image contains a large coverage area that will trap air bubbles between the disc and the foil creating a misprint.	This is the same image with a line screen added that will allow the air to escape. The foil will fill in the screen lines so that the imprinted area will appear to be full. A 50%, 65 line screen works well most cases.	This image does not require a screen because the air can escape into the ornaments.

Shades of grey do not work because of the monochromatic nature of hot stamping.
