How did you get started playing disc golf?
While I was attending NCSU in Raleigh, I was introduced to disc golf at Kentwood. I got involved in weekly doubles. I watched and learned from good local pros. I found out about the Laurel Springs Open which is 15 miles from family land, this intrigued me. I tried to get into the 1994 tourney but was 11th on the waiting list. So I have been trying to get into as many as I can, there after.

Memorable Win:

The Sneeky Pete 2004. My 1st Supertour win.

My favorite events:
USDGC - The come together to make you feel special about even the little things.
The Worlds - The diversity of the courses and union of friends.
The Memorial with fountain hills played. Love the fairness of the holes. Beautiful setting.
The Lakefront Open - Beautiful place in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The Cross Canyon Challenge - Unique terrain with extreme holes. Some on the most elevation change around.

Most memorable tournament:
The Memorial 2003. It's most memorable to me because the crowd was supporting me and cheering for me on every throw. I knew that my last putt was for second place outright and carried a good amount of money with it. The gallery knew it too. I guess the crowd, the setting, the scenario, it all made a memorable tournament.

Advice:
Get involved in local events. Watch and learn from better players. Adapt certain techniques from certain players that have techniques that apply to you. Keep practicing, especially putting; 3 times a week if possible.

Goals:
Short - To stay on team champion, and to win a NT.
Long - Try to put some TLC into my new home course in Louisburg, and win a world championship, to become the best player in N.C. (very hard)
