Memorable Win:
2010 Beaver State Fling...because it was by far my biggest win to date! I had a five-stroke lead going in to the final round but lost it all by hole 14. I was able to gain a stroke back on the very next hole and then barely held on for the unexpected victory!
Advice:
Learn on understable discs so you can familiarize yourself with the full flight of the disc, and remember that it's not all about the latest and greatest plastic, it's about learning the discs that you have. Try to play with players who are better than you whenever possible and learn from what they do. Finally, if you want to improve, you have to put the time in to your skills around the basket. Practice your short game as much as you can! Confidence in your around-the-green game translates into confidence in the rest of your game.
Goals:
Keep improving, continue to stay competitive on a national level for as long as I can, and devote as much time as possible to helping grow the sport locally and nationally!
Additional comments:
I am really interested in disc golf's potential to be a positive force for raising environmental awareness. Our sport uses a great deal less resources and has a much smaller environmental impact than ball golf. As energy costs skyrocket, disc golf is in a great position to raise awareness while growing dramatically. I am always excited to talk to disc golfers about possibilities for the future of our sport (and planet) so please come up and strike up a conversation!

Hydra
The Hydra works great as a windy putter, a stable approach disc, or a putter to break out when there is water behind the basket. It floats!
Dart
I have been LOVING the Dart! I can't believe what this disc does. The main reason I am so impressed is its range and resistance to turning over. I can haul on this thing like crazy (it goes past 400 with utter ease, and I am not really a 'big arm') and not worry about it flipping over. It is great for long downhill shots and is unbelievably straight.
Sidewinder
Incredibly easy to control as a flip-up straight flyer, a big anhyzer disc, or as a roller. For players with lesser power it makes throwing for big distance much easier. Great for long distance shots where you need to thread the needle.
