The registered logo of Innova Discs represents an important element of Innova's identity. Consistent use of the logo by Innova, component organizations, and Innova-endorsed vendors reinforces this visual image as the symbol of quality golf discs world wide. The Innova logo is the exclusive property of the Innova Champion Discs Inc. Any use or reproduction thereof by anyone not in good standing with Innova, by any vendor that is not authorized by Innova, or by any Innova-endorsed vendor that fails to conform to the restrictions and guidelines set forth herein is specifically prohibited.
