  • Custom Discs Processor

    Overview:
    Successful Custom-Stamped Disc Fulfillment candidates must have the ability to stay organized, keep tabs on multiple orders, and possess an eye for detail. All candidates must adhere to strict safety standards while ensuring the highest quality of work is completed efficiently and timely.

    Location:
    Ontario, CA

    Responsibilities:
    All phases of operating include but are not limited to: familiarity with operating a hot-stamping machine and making adjustments as necessary, pulling disc orders accurately, communicating with co-workers regarding necessary adjustments and substitutions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Inspection of each product for quality outcome. Become familiar with disc types and materials. Learn to start up, operate and shut down machinery. Filing of various stamping dies in alphabetical order. Working in congested areas Maintain visual and audible contact with other crews and all moving or stationary persons/vehicles/objects to ensure safe coordination of movement. Perform general operation work under directions of Supervisor Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations, procedures and policies
    Qualifications:
    Basic knowledge of and ability to operate machinery and equipment in a safe manner Ability to communicate effectively with employees, etc.
    Physical Requirements:
    Must be able to perform the above for at least 8 hours per day 5 days per week (8:00am-4:30pm). May be asked to work over-time; after hours; on weekends for emergencies or on-call. Duties outlined in this position will require the employee to stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and arms to spaces both high and low. The employee will be standing, walking, climbing, balancing, lifting, holding or stooping while on the shift. Ability to work while wearing closed toe shoes Ability to work in adverse weather conditions which can include but is not limited to: extreme heat and cold temperatures Employees in this job classification may be exposed to dust, or other airborne pathogens.   • Junior Illustrator

    Overview:
    Innova Disc Golf is seeking a full-time Junior Illustrator for our Ontario, California location.
    The Junior Illustrator is integral to Innova’s disc decoration program. The primary role is to quickly and creatively take customer-supplied artwork and prepare line art for disc hot stamping based on department guidelines.
    Secondary duties include branding design and product photography for Innova’s digital channels.
    The Junior Illustrator is highly skilled in illustration, typography, layout design, and vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator. Clear and prompt communication with the creative team and customers is essential. The Junior Illustrator reports to the Art Director for all projects.

    Location:

    Responsibilities:
    Adapt client-supplied art, finalize in black and white vector files Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop projects Contribute to a distributed creative team Manage design tasks from conception to completion
    Proven graphic designing experience:
    A strong illustration portfolio Extensive knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Excellent communication skills Ability to work with a distributed creative team A Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus (preferred)
