The Chase Is On

Team Innova enters the 2026 PDGA Pro World Championship in the middle of a season packed with wins, podiums, and standout performances across the Tour. Now, the focus turns to five rounds in Milford, Michigan, with World titles on the line.

Day 4

Rainers Balodis – 1st (-28)

Rainers Balodis is the surprise storyline of Worlds after Round 4. The 21-year-old, playing his first tournament in the United States and just his second Pro Worlds, fired a 13-under, 1088-rated round to jump seven spots and take a three-stroke lead into Championship Sunday.

Sexton said on the broadcast it’s a round he’ll remember for the rest of his life.

Eveliina Salonen – 1st (-29)

Eveliina had to fend off an early push from Missy Gannon, but held steady and ultimately extended her lead by one stroke to nine. One round away from her second World title, she is averaging 1015-rated through four rounds and leading the field in every throwing statistic.

Rebecca Don – T2 (-20)

Rebecca matched Eveliina with an eight-under, 1008-rated round. The 2025 DGPT FPO Rookie of the Year enters Championship Sunday tied for second, with a potential podium finish at Worlds representing a huge step in her young career.

Day 3

Eveliina Salonen – 1st (-21)

Eveliina stretched her lead to eight strokes with a seven-under, 1024-rated Round 3. Averaging 1017-rated through three rounds, she is looking well-positioned to earn her second PDGA Pro World title.

Rebecca Don – 3rd (-12)

The 2025 DGPT FPO Rookie of the Year is making some noise at her first Worlds as a pro. Rebecca shot a 1002-rated Round 3 to move into solo third and onto the lead card for Moving Day.

Iida Lehtomäki – T4 (-8)

It was a tale of two nines for Iida, who went six-under on the front before giving strokes back down the stretch. She remains in the hunt at T4 heading into Moving Day.

Day 2

Eveliina Salonen – 1st (-14)

Eveliina fired an 11-under, 1032-rated Round 2 to take the lead at 14-under. Through two rounds, she’s on her way to joining the rare company of two-time World Champions.

Iida Lehtomäki – 3rd (-9)

Iida followed her opening round with a five-under to hold third place. The 16-year-old will play on the lead card again in Round 3.

Rebecca Don – T4 (-8)

Rebecca moved up five spots with a seven-under Round 2. She has been a regular in the DGPT Top 10 since May.

Rasmus Saukkoriipi – T5

Rasmus followed his six-under opening round with a five-under Round 2 to land on the chase card heading into the field’s final round at Black Locust.

Day 1

Iida Lehtomäki – 3rd (-4)

Iida broke out with a runner-up finish at Worlds last year at just 15 years old. One year later, the Finnish rising star is right back in contention.

Eveliina Salonen – T4 (-3)

One of the favorites entering Worlds, Eveliina opened with a three-under round and is well-positioned heading into Day 2.

Emily Weatherman – T4 (-3)

Emily matched Eveliina at three-under while making a perfect 100% from C1 in the opening round.

Rasmus Saukkoriipi – T4 (-6)

After taking second in the Distance Competition to kick off Worlds week, Rasmus carried the momentum into Round 1 with a six-under start.
