NT Report: Masters Cup
An exciting final round had Avery Jenkins and Dave Feldberg battling from two strokes back, both to end the final round in first and second... But Steve Rico jumped from the second card into a tie for first, and would win in sudden death over Avery. Others in the action: Ken Climo (5th), Paul McBeth (6th), Micah Dorius and Josh Anthon (8th).
Carrie Berlogar, a native to these parts, started out Sunday with a lead that would grow, before Valarie Jenkins took charge late in the final round. Valarie would go on to win, while Carrie would be the runner up.
In the Masters Division, Geoff Lissaman edges out World Champion, Jim Oates (2nd), and Jim Myers (5th).

Barry Schultz gets an A Tier win at the St. Louis Open. Des Reading wins at the Discrazy Shootout, while Coda Hatfield comes in second in Open. Brian Schweberger and Brian McRee go one-two at the Alamance Pro-Am. Will Schusterick is on a roll, with another win on the Solstice Series.

The youth are taking over... 2 weeks in a row, Will Schusterick and David Wiggins Jr. card wins. Will at the Alabama Disc Golf Championships, and David at the Yadinville Spring Tourney (in advanced).
David turned 13 last week.
At the Copenhagen Open, David Feldberg won by 6, and Timo Pursio took 3rd. At the Lexington Open, Nicole Frazer took 1st in womens, and Rick Voakes won in grandmasters. Josh Anthon wins in a playoff at the Motherlode, while Geoff Lissaman wins Masters. Des Reading took the top spot at the Texas Women's Championship. Christian Dietrich takes first at the Downriver Open. Philo Brathwaite and Kyle Crabtree go two, three at the Evergreen Open.

Busy week around the country for the Innova team.
At the Disc n Dat Bluegrass Open, the real action happened on Sunday. Avery Jenkins started out the day 12 strokes off first, and won with 4 strokes to spare. Nicole Frazer had a big fourth round to win by 5 over teammate, Valarie Jenkins.

Valarie Jenkins shot 7 under par at Lovers Lane on Sunday morning to jump to the top spot and held it for the win, all 5 top spots in Womens were Innova teammates. Valarie Jenkins (1st), Des Reading (2nd), Courtney Peavy (3rd), Carrie Berlogar and Nicole Frazer (4th - tied). Barry Schultz took an early lead, and didn't let anyone catch him for the win. David Feldberg took 3rd, Ken Climo came in 5th. David Greenwell took second in Masters, while Dr. Rick Voakes took first in Grandmasters.

Coda Hatfield got a win at the Flightline Open in Oklahoma.
Christian Dietrich got the top spot at the Farragut Open in Idaho.
Philo Brathwaite finished third in Open, and Steve Wisecup won Masters at the Higher Flyers Memorial in California.
Big D in the Desert
Lots of Innova team members headed to the desert to try for world records and a chance at $10,000! David Wiggins Jr., just 12 years old, started off the record hunt with a couple records, his best at 176 meters, good enough for the under 13 record. Valarie Jenkins also set a new record at 148 meters, for all women. Various men threw over 200 meters, but none surpassed the current record of 250 meters set by Christian Sandstrom. Jussi Meresmaa wins the event beating all other competitors.
Avery Jenkins and Andrew Rich joined the 200 meter club.
April 7th, 2008
Ken Climo played a phenomenal final round to win at the Atlanta Open. Kevin McCoy takes second, one stroke away. J.D. Ramirez and Dave Greeenwell. A similar battle in the womens division, with Courtney Peavy eeking out a one stroke victory over Carrie Berlogar with Sarah Stanhope taking third.
At the Texas State Championships, Matt Orum took second, while Jay Reading took fifth. Des Reading won on the womens side.
Chris Heeren wins at the Fond Du Lac Open in Wisconsin.
Lavone Wolfe gets first at the Duece or Die, an EDGE Disc Golf fundraising tournament.
