Q&A

Memorable Win:

There are some great memories with each win that I've acquired, but the 2014 Japan Open imprinted an image in my mind I'll never forget. I was walking down the fairway on the final hole of the tournament knowing I was just about to clinch the win by a few strokes. The relief of knowing the hard work was over came over my body and I was able to look around and enjoy that moment. Standing with me on the last tee was my husband Nate as my caddy, both of my parents, Avery and Leah. I tried everything I could not to tear up at that moment because it was such an incredible time to be surrounded by my biggest supporters in life, even playing a tournament across the world from home.

Advice:

Don't overwhelm yourself with competition and make sure to always have fun. If you take anything too seriously, you'll eventually become burnt out. So, make sure you're having fun no matter what you do in life.

Goals:

Continue to be an ambassador for our sport and continue to play the best Disc Golf that I can.

REVIEWS

Starfire

The Starfire is my go-to driver. The width of the rim suits my hand which gives me confidence. I throw the Star Line version because it has perfect stability and is extremely durable.

Sonic

The Sonic is a great transition disc for those more familiar with throwing a big lid. It is easy to control on the course. It is also great for playing catch.

KC Aviar

I really love the KC Aviar for putting. They are stiffer than some of the other Aviars, so I always feel like I can trust it even when it gets windy.
